WHC Terms and Conditions
All rates are based on a half day (return by 12pm) or full day hire (return by 5pm) – NOT the machine time.
An additional Insurance Charge of 9% will be apply to all invoices.

The Hirer is responsible for the following

1. Daily checks of fuel, oil, grease & water levels
2. Vehicles towing equipment must have a current WOF & Rego, and the driver a current driver’s license.
3. Ensure equipment is secured on their vehicle when it leaves the premises of W H C and secure when leaving the hirers site.
4. Once equipment leaves W H C, the hirer is responsible for the security of the hired equipment.
5. Cleaning of equipment e.g. the digger tracks & roller, ready for the next hirer.

Additional information

1. ‘Half day’ means Monday – Friday 7.30am – return by 12pm, or 12.30pm – return by 5pm
2. ‘Full day ‘ means Monday – Friday 7.30am – return by 5pm
3. ‘Saturday & Sunday” will be charged as full days and must be returned at 7am the following Monday.
4. Damage cause by the hirers lack of maintenance shall result in the hirer being charged.
5. Damage cause by misuse, negligence or incorrect operation of the equipment will result in the hirer being charged.
6. ALL Hire chargers include GST and are subject to change without notice.
7. Fuel is charged as an extra (we do prefer you return equipment with a full tank where possible)
